This video is a winner right from the start because it features the band "Justice", which is sort of a misnomer because they aren't really a band, but rather a duo French Electronica musicians.
but this video wins for another reason...

Who doesn't love it when old people try to dance?

Anyways, this video is really up for interpretation and according to one YouTuber this is what it is trying to show:

"I think this video is brilliant, taking the supremely mundane event of another little girls birthday and making it meld with the song by using somber lighting, clipping and slowing down the video and adding the subtext of a dead grandmother and the necklace the girl inherits. It tells a story, and adds humor to an event that might otherwise be something eerie or depressing."
